What's "LTAC" wandering for..??

INTRODUCTION

- Due to the lack of leadership’s skill and experiences, notably to the Cambodian Muslim Communities.

- To set a long term goal for a prospective progress by creating chance, sustainable development opportunities to the Cambodian muslim communities as a whole.

- To activate and facilitate Leadership training activities within the help of Partners, Scholars, Professors, Teachers, Friends from Schools, NGOs, Institutions, Government in both local and international frameworks.

- To pay attention to the Cambodian people, specifically the generation of youth and gender equity who wishes to participate earning such important course of Leadership Training from the Association.

- To strengthen the cooperation and friendship between people in association and community, yet alleviated diversification tens and understanding between intercultural and believes through out the Kingdom.

- To help reduce the government’s poverty program in the second term of the rectangle strategy of Samdech Moha Sena Padei Decho Hun Sen – The Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
We are the founders have gathered an idea and formed as group of decision where about to bring vision beyond expectation in order to create a Leadership Training Association programs which in our sense is to see them grow prosper and wise to the degree people will recognize living in security, harmony prosperity with the basic principles of fairness, equity, justice, integrity, honesty and trust. To make this real happen, it’s not just what to say in an empty words but to plan and action within fact-field-training that rely on the basis principle of decorum, competence and leadership.

VISION, MISSION AND GOAL


Vision
- To become a model and good leader for the young generation in future.

- To be fully served and improve local communities with good services by help develops education, managerial system, leadership, and human resources.

- To share the government reduction poverty by creating job opportunities and producing good leadership in it.

Mission
- “The Chain Reaction Concept” should be the first mission complies in LTAC.

- Taking Initiative through conceptual system of creativities which content high sense of leadership quality, responsibility and accountability.

- Strengthening basic information relevant human development, invent source of managerial confident by providing chance practicing and fact-field training.

- Targeting by focusing first on individual’s improvement education reliant, self seeing participation that helps to promote knowledgeable information to the community.

- Exchange communication and relation system and joint management training with different partners, Communities, Organizations, Foundations especially with the State Government.

- Firmly stand and supporting humanitarian’s activities, disastrous destruction, spreading diseases, poverties etc.

- Help promote vision that excites and motivates people to change and progress using Center on Natural Principle of Leadership.

- Introductory mission that compiling technology and human development’s leadership.

- Accessible community the harmonious, peace and individual-environmentally friendly.



Strategy
To achieve this mission, LTAC works in close cooperation with members and the relevant partners, groups, communities, government institutions and other NGOs based on the values of honesty, equity, positive encouragement, gender equity and responsibility.



Goal
Leadership is the base and source of development in each country. For this reason our main goal is aim to invest human resource by value human thinking, putting them on right corner and the place of work. Help them to learn and gain managerial control based on a mastery concept of sustainable knowledge activities, skills and creativities.
